various Ministries in this Department (as listed below) caters for the spiritual life of the
congregation by providing help and opportunities for evangelism and
fellowship. |

Life Group
(LG)
Homogeneous and heterogeneous fellowships at homes and work places in the
city, throughout the week.
|
|

Men's Ministries
Men's involvement in ministry through Men's LGs and a variety of programmes.
|
Women's Ministries
Women's involvement in ministry through Women's LGs and a variety of
programmes. |
Golden Eagles
A ministry for senior citizens (women aged 50 and above and men aged 55 and
above) through the Golden Eagles LGs. |
L.I.G.H.T ( Living In God's Holy Trust)
A ministry for single adults through weekly LGs and specially organised
programmes.

Young Professionals
This ministry caters for young adults with less than ten years of working
experience through weekly LGs and specially organised programmes |

Family Life
Emphasises on the total well-being of the family
Spiritual Life (Evangelism & Follow-Up)
This ministry channels the believers to be involved in evangelism and
discipleship through follow-up. |

| The
Church recognises the need to teach principles that will help to develop the
spiritual, physical, mental and social lives of young people. The
Youth Department seeks to do this through a wide variety of interesting and
meaningful activities that cater to them. Youth Celebration services are
held monthly for the youth from the following ministries. |

The
Missions Department
facilitates the Church's responsibility to fulfil the Christian mandate to preach the
Gospel and to make disciples of all the world's peoples. Calvary Church helps support
various missionaries, missions projects and outreach ministries both at home and abroad
through Faith-Promise giving and special missions offerings. |
|

This
Department provides systematic Bible teaching to adults and youth through the School of
Christian Growth (SCG) which offers a variety of courses ranging from Biblical
studies/theology to issues related to daily Christian living. Classes in Chinese are also
offered. Occasionally, seminars are organised to address the needs of the worshippers.

spiritual lives are nurtured by love and care. This Department provides opportunities
for children to learn through worship, Bible stories, life applications, handicraft
and involvement: Carpenter's Workshop (CW)
For children aged 4 to 13 years. |

Nursery Care
For babies aged 4 months to toddlers aged 3 years.

This
Department encourages the expression of God-given talents in the Church. Its primary
functions and goals are to worship God, lead people to Christ and contribute to spiritual
growth through Choirs, Ensembles, Praise Teams, Instrumentalists, Performing and Visual
Arts.

Calvary
Church recognises that there are needs in society and seeks to provide ways for Christians
to exercise their responsibility to meet these needs. This is done through the following: |

Ministry
Reaches out to people with special needs, e.g. the disabled and the aged.Calvary Sunshine Home
The Calvary Sunshine Home provides
quality care and basic nursing aid to the elderly and a place for convalescence. |
